October 4 is WORLD ANIMAL DAY as well as the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron of animals! In celebration of these, PAWS joins the Humane Society International and over 160 countries worldwide in sending out the message "No To Animal Fighting!" through our month-long calendar of events!

* 10 am - Mary the Queen Parish, Greenhills - Blessing of pets at
church courtyard
* 4:30 pm - Central Plaza, Eastwood City, Libis, QC - Mass for the
Animals officiated by Fr. Glenn D. Orocio

Everyone is invited at the Baywalk Animal Blessing on October 1, 9:00
AM at the Raja Sulayman Park, Baywalk, Roxas Boulevard.
The event is is hosted by the City of Manila and is sponsored by
Nestle-Alpo. Rev. Fr. Barros of the San Carlos Seminary will be the
officiating priest.
